Ronald Lee
Lead Pastor
Pastor Ronald has been at Crossroads Church since 2017. He graduated with an electronics engineering degree in 1989. He felt a call into ministry in 1993 and attended Southern Wesleyan University where he received a Bachelors Degree in Christian Ministry. He has served as a youth pastor, outreach pastor, and lead pastor at several churches. He loves hunting and fishing in his spare time.
Tony Helms
Assistant Pastor
Tony is a lifelong resident of the Belmont-Mt. Holly area. He is a third-generation Wesleyan. He has held many positions within the church. Tony answered the call to ministry in 2008 and is a licensed minister in the NC West District of the Wesleyan church. He has been seeking ministerial training through FLAME and CROSS TRAINING classes. He has a management background and holds a position as an account manager for a large wholesale company. He leads an adult Sunday School class and serves in several other areas of ministry at Crossroads.

Office Assistant
